Prices for kayak tours are quoted per person with a minimum of two people, motor boat tours are priced by the hour with no minimum, but maximum of 6 people. The cabin rental price quoted is per person for the first 2 people. The rate per additional occupant is $20.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking for US residents with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 100% payment is due at time of booking for all other guests. Cancellation fees are as follows: 60 plus days, full refund less $30 processing fee per person. 30 to 60 days, 50% refund. Within 30 days, no refund! Written cancellation requested. Our prices do not include the three percent sales tax and gratuities. We recommend trip insurance.
