Prices for all trips quoted are per person with a minimum of two people. The cabin rental price quoted is for 2 people. The rate per additional occupant is $20. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking for US residents with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 100% payment is due at time of booking for all other guests. Cancellation fees are as follows: 60 plus days, full refund less $50 processing fee per person. 30 to 60 days, 50% refund. Within 30 days, no refund! Written cancellation is required. Our prices do not include two percent sales tax, potential bed-tax and gratuities. We recommend trip insurance.
